Aissata Sylla
Born on 31st January 1980 and a holder of an LL.B (Hons) degree from Makerere University. She was called to the Ugandan Bar in 2006.

Aissata  is being groomed to cut a niche in securitization, corporate governance issues,  mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings and commercial transaction  advice.

Born on 7th December 1977 and a holder of an LL.B (Hons) degree from Makerere University. Prior to joining the Firm, Chris was a Legal Intern in the Office of the Prosecutor at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR) where he provided trial support and researched the  evolving jurisprudence of International Criminal Law. He was called to the  Ugandan Bar in 2006.

Chris is being mentored towards a specialty  in project finance, corporate structures, real estate conveyance, international  commercial transactions and arbitration. Chris also offers trial support in the  Firm's public interest litigation in the Constitutional Court. 

Ivan Engoru

Born on 9th October 1978, and a  holder of an LL.B (Hons) degree from Makerere University and an LL.M  (International Development Law & Human Rights) degree from the University  of Warwick, England. He was called to the Ugandan Bar in 2007.

Ivan is being groomed to specialize in product  liability litigation, insolvency law, tax advisory, labour relations as well as  commercial transaction litigation.
